BATON ROUGE, Louisiana - The LSU Tigers survived an SEC battle with the Arkansas Razorbacks as kicker Damien Ramos nailed a game winning 20-yard field goal in the final seconds to lift No. 12 LSU to a 34-31 win.

LSU's offense started slow, as the first 3 possessions ended in a couple of punts and an
interception. However, quarterback Jayden Daniels found his stride and finished 20-of-29 for
320 yards, four touchdown passes and the aforementioned interception.
When I asked Daniels about the resiliency of this team, he responded, "We knew we would face adversity, we have to go out there as a team and stick together. That starts with me and the other captains and trickles down after that."

Daniels had massive help on offense with wide receivers, Malik Nabors and Brian Thomas accounting for a combined 250+ yards and 4 touchdowns.
In the post game, Head Coach Brian Kelly stated that he knew this would be a close battle. "This game has come down to a field goal over the last three years, now make it four." He continued, “These are the games you have to find a way to win.”

The LSU Tigers are on the road at No. 15 Ole Miss next Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:00 PM in Oxford, Mississippi.
